We are hiring an SMT Quality Control Inspector to supervise the quality of PCB assemblies on the production line. The role includes performing inspections during manufacturing, spotting defects, and ensuring products follow company quality procedures and customer specifications.

Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out stage-wise inspection of PCB assemblies on the SMT line, both before and after the reflow process
- Examine boards visually to ensure they meet IPC workmanship and quality requirements
- Spot defects such as poor solder joints, incorrect component placement, polarity mistakes, or missing parts, and properly log them
- Collaborate with production staff and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrections
- Follow internal quality control procedures and maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Required Details:
- Prior exposure to SMT manufacturing quality checks or PCB inspection process
- Familiarity with electronic parts, typical soldering defects, and IPC inspection criteria
- Comfortable working in a production environment and flexible to handle shift duties when required
- Capable of maintaining basic inspection reports and communicating quality observations clearly
